Refund and Returns Policy

On all catalog all items we require that the client communicate us within at least thirty( 30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange.

Buy Kratom doesn’t assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any wares( imperfect or else.) All orders are completely audited at Buy Kratom and adequately packed before payload.

Buy Kratom does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon appearance to the client. Buy Kratom does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when packed to the client.

NOTICE

All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product( imperfect or else) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the client to qualify for a refund.

All Buy Kratom products are packaged in heat sealed zip- cinches. This seal can not be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund.

Buy Kratom reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and doesn’t offer refunds on opened products. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Buy Kratom requires a return of the original product. While we don’t bear that a product returned for store credit be in unopened and untampered condition, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests.

Buy Kratom also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon examination of any returned wares. Buy Kratom won’t reship a returned item for any reason.
