Currently, we use PostNL or DHL Parcel to ship orders. We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. All Items are shipped discreetly and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.

INITIAL SHIPMENT.

All initial orders will be shipped to address as provided by the customer, and as a precaution that address will be automatically verified in our system to make sure it is valid. If the address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact the customer and verify the information.

TRACKING ORDER.

Please allow us an additional 24 to 72 hours from the time your payment is received and order is processed to provide you with a tracking number via Email. Once you have the tracking number please allow 24 hours for it to enter the courier system and register online.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING.

Domestic shipping from Us. Shipping and handling takes approximately 1 – 4 business days from receipt of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

International orders are shipped via your chosen courier service at the checkout. International and typically take 4 – 12 business days to complete. All costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on weight and destination. You are responsible to know the laws of your country.

PACKAGING.

All our shipments are very discreet in padded envelopes or envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside, no mention of the product name or the website name on the outside of the packages.
